As per Central Government guidelines we are closed up to 3rd May. However, we can be at your service, if required, subject to we receive appropriate permission from concerned authority to be at your service.

We shall continue the tradition of providing customer support 24x7 365 days. Our employees are working remotely (as per the local govt. guidelines) to help and support during the spread of COVID-19 through video conferencing and other available virtual tools.

How can your Sales Team work and meet with customers during this time?
We acknowledge that nothing can replace face to face meeting, however, while working remotely and replacing face-to-face meetings with video conferences, other virtual tool and phone calls, we can use these resources to stay connected and help almost all our customers. You can contact your Regional Offices, and they can make sure you are well taken care of. Our Sales and Management Teams are also always standing by and remain ready to help.

If you have Transformers delivery pending, we have started online inspection services. You can see and inspect your ordered transformer after completion of manufacturing as per the technical specification.
