| C. M. Sharma, aged 61,
joined as V.P. - Operations since November ’08.
He is having very rich experience in design, manufacturing,
quality and project management for transformers upto 945
MVA, 500 kV DC. He has gained this experience during his
association with BHEL for 36 years in various capacities
and various department. Major contribution of his service
is in designing transformers for about 25 years. Working
as GM – Project Mgmt, he got the opportunity to
joint BBL as VP – Transformers, handling Central
Marketing and responsible for bottom lines of this SBU.
Having worked with BBL for 2 years he is working with
us as V.P. – Operations. |

Dipankar
Gupta, 49 years, is designated as the Regional
Director for Marketing. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree
in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of
Technology (Ranchi) and a Diploma of Associate Membership
from the Institute of Engineers (India). Mr Gupta further
holds a Master of Technology degree in Industrial Engineering
and Management from the Indian School of Mines. He has
been associated with our Company for the last 8 years.
He has total marketing experience of 23 years. Prior to
joining our Company Mr. Gupta has worked in Mather &
Matt (India) limited as Regional Manager and in Inductotherm
India Ltd. as Branch Mananger. As Regional Director-Marketing,
he is responsible for marketing transformers for Industrial
application - specifically the entire range of furnace,
power and special duty transformers. |

M. Purushothaman, 40 years,
is designated as General Manager - Marketing in our Company.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
He has an experience of over 16 years in dealing with
various industrial customers various electricity boards.
Prior to joining us he has worked with Altroth Engineering
Private Limited as an Assistant Manager-Sales. As General
Manager, Mr. Purushothaman is responsible for marketing
in the southern region and also dealing with various customers
like NTPC, PGCIL, all electricity boards, corporate clients,
consultants; and private medium and small industries. |

Darshan
Shah, age 35 years, having over all experience
of 13 years. He started his carrier with Silcher Electronics
marketing R-core transformers and Automatic coil winding
machines after completing his Bachelors in Electrical
Engineering - 1995. Then he worked with Crompton and Greaves
for 9 years marketing Luminaries at various positions.
Then before joining T & R he was working for Emersion
Network for year and a half as a Branch Manager. He is
working with T & R since September ’07 in the
capacity of DGM – Marketing. |

Mehul
Dave, aged 29, Manager - Exports, is associated
with T & R since 2003. He holds Bachelors degree in
Electrical Engineering. After completion of his bachelors
he worked as Testing engineer for Sabar Pumps, Vatva,
Gujarat. He left his job to continue his higher education
and completed his Masters in Business Administration from
Gujarat University. After his MBA he joined ‘T &
R’ as Marketing Executive and since then he is working
with us and handling Exports. His overall responsibilities
includes getting orders from overseas, execution of export
orders, inputs for strategic decision for participating
in trade fares and other advertising and mass communication
activities. |

S. Sen
(MIEE) has extensive experience in power transformer design
and manufacturing. He has an overall experience of 51
years, out of which he spent 6 years in Hackbridge U.K.,
30 years in Heckbridge, India and 10 years as technical
consultant and advisor to Heckbridge, India. He is associated
with our company for over ten years as an independent
consultant. His experience in design & manufacture
of Power Transformer is up to 220 KV class Transformer. |

Mukund
Ashara, 46 years is designated as HOD (Mechanical
Design). He holds a degree in Production Engineering from
Saurashtra University. He has over 14 years of rich experience
in the field of manufacturing, service & design of
transformers. Prior to joining us he was proprietor of
a fabrication unit for heavy transformer tanks. |

Vijayan, 64 years, is designated as General Manager
(Works). He holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering from
the Institute of Engineers (Deemed University); Department
of Technical Education, Kerala and an Advanced Diploma
in Management from the Indira Gandhi National Open University.
He is a Member of the Institution of Engineers (India).
He has a total work experience of over 40 years in areas
of design and manufacture of 400 kV and 315 MVA transformers.
Prior to joining us, Mr. Vijayan has worked with Apex
Electrical Limited as General Manager. Mr Vijayan joined
our Company in July 2000. He is responsible for looking
after the technical aspects of manufacturing transformers
and other heavy equipments. |

Sunil
Gurubaxani, aged 45 years, is designated as the
Deputy General Manager (Production). He is a holder of
a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from
Sardar Patel University and also holds a Certificate of
Qualification for practical auditing, assessment and registration
of quality management systems from the Alan A. Griffin
Association. He also holds a certificate of achievement
in respect of Auditing Principles and Environmental Management
Systems Auditor Training Course from BVQI. He has a total
work experience of over 40 years in areas of design and
manufacture of transformers upto 400 kV and 315 MVA. Prior
to joining our Company Mr. Gurubaxani has worked with
Choksi Tubes Company Limited as a Mechanical Engineer
and Electrotherm India Limited as Assistant Production
Manager. Mr. Gurubaxani is responsible for production
and all related activities. |

Kanaiyalal P. Joshi,
65 years, is designated as Head Production Planning &
Control. He holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
from Gujarat University. He has joined T&R in 2009.
Prior to joining us, he gained an extensive experience
in the Transformer Industry. With 28 years of experience
in EMCO Ltd. Thane under various capabilities he grew
to the position of AGM. He also has 3 years of experience
in M/s Bharat Bijlee Ltd. Mumbai and 11 years of experience
with M/s Rima Transformers and Conductors Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore.
He has undertaken various trainings at Siemens (Germany)
in 1994, ACC (Geneva) & General Electric (USA) in
1990 and visited BBC, Secheron (Geneva); Ferranti (UK)
in 1977 for development and expansion projects related
to his company. |

Saumil Shah, Age 37 years,
working as a DGM - Purchase has completed his Bachelor
of Engg. in Production. He also holds certificate of Lead
Auditor from the Alan A. Griffin Association. He has total
work experience of more than 15 years. Prior to his association
with T & R, he has worked in various functons of manufacturing,
Engineering & Purchase with Trumac Engg. for 9 years.
He is working with T & R since last 7 years &
responsible for total supply chain for all three transformer
manufacturing units. |

Manharlal G Jajal, 61 years, is working in the
capacity of Senior Manager and heading the stores department
at T & R. He is associated with T & R since 2009.
He brings with him diverse experience of 39 years across
industries including Voltas & Central Excise &
Customs department. He has expertise in inventory management,
excise & ERP systems like SAP. |

Rahul
Shah, aged 39 years, is designated as General Manager
(Finance and Accounts). He holds a bachelor’s degree
in commerce from, Gujarat University, Gujarat, a Chartered
Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India and a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost
and Works Accountants of India. He has over 15 years experience
in the field of Finance and Accounts and before joining
our company, he worked with Soma Textile and Industries
Ltd as General Manager (Finance and Accounts). Mr. Rahul
Shah is in overall charge of the Finance and Accounts
department of the Company. Mr Shah joined our Company
with effect from August, 1, 2007. |

Tushar
Shah, 30 years, is designated as the Company Secretary.
He holds a Masters degree in Commerce from Gujarat University
and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Companies
Secretaries of India, Mr. Shah also holds a Law degree
from Gujarat University, and Diploma in Taxation and Diploma
in Labour Laws from Gujarat University. Prior to joining
us Mr. Shah worked with Adani Wilmar Limited as a Company
Secretary. Mr. Shah has over 4 years experience in the
Secretarial field. Mr. Shah joined our Company with effect
from May 17, 2007. |

Rajiv
Oza, aged 34, is designated as General Manager
- HR [Head Corporate- HR] with 11 yrs of experience in
HR and Technical field. Rajiv holds B. E Instrumentation
and MBA (PGPX) from Indian Institute of Management, Indore
. His key strengths are HR processes, Strategic HRM and
Organization Development. Rajiv has prior work experience
in Tata Chemicals as Manager Corporate HR and Honeywell
Inc as Head Business HR. He continues contributing his
HR experience in various Indian Journals and has been
mentoring more than 25 HR professionals in his career
till date. Rajiv’s favorite sports are squash, tennis
and golf. |

S. Vyas, 65 years, is designated as General Manager
(Purchase), at our Odhav unit. He is a holder of Bachelor’s
Degree in Commerce from City College, Calcutta . He has
been associated with our group for over 21 years. He has
a total work experience of 41 years in the areas of purchase
and stores, production, civil & erection work, and
general administration. Prior to joining our Company Mr.
Vyas has worked with Bombay Oil Industries Ltd (Marico)
as Eastern Region branch manager. Mr. Vyas is responsible
for handling our works and over-all supervision at the
Odhav unit. |

Hitendra
Doshi, aged 49 years, handling our ancillary unit
which manufactures Radiators – ‘Transpares
Ltd.’. He is having over all experience in transformer
industry of more than 28 years. He is heading radiator
division since last twelve years. |

DVS Raju,
Age: 40 years, is working with us as Assistant General
Manager - Engineering, has completed Diploma in Mechanical
Engineering and Post Diploma in Tool Design from Central
Institute of Tool Design, Hyderabad. He has over all experience
of 20 years. Earlier he was working as a Manager Engineering
for Transformer Group companies, Crompton Greaves and
as Leader Design with ASB India Ltd, 100% subsidiary of
ASB, Japan. His area of operations is in Design and development
of material handling & special purpose machines, Automation
systems, Industrial Engineering, Productivity improvement
for power transformers up to 400kV and 315 MVA. His present
responsibilities include Development of equipments, material
handling, layouts and processes for our upcoming 765 kV
Transformer manufacturing project at Moriya. |
