   • Be an environmentally responsible provider of high-quality and safe products and services;
   • Be a good environmental steward, preservingn and protecting our natural resources and practicing pollution prevention and
   • Be a responsible neighbor and employer, committed to provide healthy and safe work environment which is capable of preventing ill health and injury by appropriate management of OH & S risks.

TARIL recognizes that QEHS are paramount to our customers, ourselves and the society we operate in. We are committed to achieve high standards in QEHS practices in accordance with the following principles:

COMPLIANCE: We shall comply with all prescribed standards and applicable legal and other requirements for all our operational processes, products and services involving product requirements, significant environmental aspects and OH & S risks. Strict compliance with QEHS standards shall be a key consideration in the resource planning, training, and analysis.

PREVENTION: We shall employ operational controls, systems, procedures, and processes specifically designed to prevent activities and/or conditions that pollute the environment and affect the well being of our employees and society at large. We shall also adopt relevant technologies and be prepared for emergencies.

COMMUNICATION: We shall communicate our QEHS policy to our employees, customers, partners, vendors, and all persons working for or on behalf of the company and solicit their inputs in meeting with our QEHS goals. On the route of developing best resource partners, we encourage sharing of information on QEHS issues.

CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT: We shall consistently strive to improve our performance in QEHS through integrity, team work, learning, sharing, benchmarking and participation in continual improvement programs and adoption of technologies that advance our QEHS goals. We shall establish and maintain appropriate controls and conduct periodic reviews of our attainment of set goals.
