Mr. Jitendra Mamtora holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. After working as an engineer in eastern India, he moved to Gujarat and set out as an entrepreneur. Driven by a strong intent to design and manufacture quality transformers, TARIL has gained pan India footprint. Mr. Mamtora has 40+ years of experience in dealing with power utilities across India. He is an Executive Council Member of IEEMA and has been nominated as the Chairman of IEEMA since 2007. He is also a member of CII and FICCI.

Mr. Satyen Mamtora holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Uxbridge College of Engineering, London, UK. He has more than 20+ years of association with TARIL. He spearheads the production and marketing division and has played a key role in consolidating the organisation’s presence in the power utilities segment across the country. He has also played an aggressive role in strategizing and putting in place a global marketing plan which has successfully ensured TARIL’s presence in African, Asian and South American geographies. He is a lifetime member of IEEMA.

Mrs. Karuna Mamtora holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Gujarat University. She has been associated with the Company since its inception and has been instrumental in the formulation and implementation of “Corporate Social Responsibility” related policies and activities. She is also in charge of general administrative functions and the Human Resource department.

Mr. Rajendra Shah has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lukhdhirji Engineering College, Morbi. He was awarded the AMA Atlas Dycechem “Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2001” by the Ahmedabad Management Association. Mr. Shah has been associated since incorporation of Harsha Group and is currently responsible for quality, marketing, logistics, production, maintenance and technology functions. He has more than 37 years of experience in precision engineering and auto-component manufacturing sector.

Mr. Rajendra S. Shah

Mr. Subir Kumar Das is a Core Operational Banker, has served 38 years and superannuated as Chief General Manager (HRM) from a leading public sector bank, Bank of Baroda. He has engaged in various business reengineering and transformation projects in the bank viz. HR transformation, training, retail banking, SME banking, and branch banking. After superannuation, Mr. Das worked for four years with Mckinsey & Company as Advisor and Faculty in HR and Business Process Reengineering in BFSI segment. He is also a visiting faculty and HR consultant with NIBM Pune, BOB, Apex Training College, Ahmedabad, and takes sessions on innovation, leadership, HR, strategic planning and execution.

Mrs. Tanvi Rangwala is a CEO of Venture Studio, a startup incubator at Ahmedabad University. She has 17 years of experience in areas such as Technology, Startup Incubation & Investment. She began her career in Silicon Valley as Software Engineer at Cisco. Subsequently, she joined GVFL Ltd in Ahmedabad where she managed the fund’s investments in technology-based startups. She has also worked with CIIE, an incubation Centre at IIM-A, where she led its technology vertical. At CIIE, Tanvi ran multiple national level programs to support startups through training, investment & networking. She was a founder & CEO of her own startup in the consumer internet space before joining Venture Studio. She has an MBA from Emory University and Masters in Computer Science from the University of Southern California
