- TARIL provides well-structured internship opportunities specifically designed for final-year Engineering students to gain real-world industry exposure.
- The six-month internship program, called IGNITE, is thoughtfully aligned with each intern’s academic curriculum and individual areas of interest, ensuring meaningful learning and relevance.
- Students are selected through a structured on-campus evaluation process, which includes a pre-placement presentation, group discussion, and a personal interview to assess both technical and interpersonal skills.
- Every selected intern participates in an intensive 20-day induction program before being assigned to live projects. This detailed onboarding equips interns with essential technical knowledge, workplace skills, and organizational understanding, making them job-ready from day one.
- Interns who successfully complete the program may be offered positions as Trainee Engineers, based on their performance during the internship and current organizational requirements.
- The IGNITE internship program focuses on building hands-on experience, industry preparedness, and long-term career growth, creating a strong foundation for future opportunities within TARIL.
