Mr. Ajay Bamzai has joined our team as the Chief Human Resources Officer. He brings with him extensive experience in the HR field, spanning over two decades and encompassing various industries and regions. He is a Chemical Engineer and holds a postgraduate diploma in human resources from Symbiosis. He completed his PGDBA in 2002, and also qualified as Tata Business Excellence Model Assessor early in his career during his association with Tata Chemicals.

His expertise lies in managing talent acquisition, retention, development, and engagement programs. He has a proven track record of formulating and executing HR policies and strategies aligned with the vision, culture, and objectives of the companies he has worked for. His diverse background and practical experience make him a valuable addition to our team.
